Plane Crash

Just a couple miles north of here at about 2:30 today 2 F18's crashed into eachother... just how the hell do you crash into EACHOTHER with 2 planes like that??? one of the pilots ejected himself out but his parachute didnt work... then he landed in the Columbia river

Well, its the river that borders Oregon and Washington... Not to mention that the water is so damn polluted you could die from swimming in it if you had a wound that could get infected... I think I remember Shrooms told me some story about some kid in Monroe who had been swimming in the willammete (another polluted river) and he went in a coma or some shit like that

That fucking river took my brother.

And I'm looking at it right now, out the window. It's about a mile wide in most places.

That must have been a hell of a fall for that pilot. Did he survive? Were these military planes?

I know at least 1 pilot survived but nobody really knows just how many people were involved in the crash, there could have been like 3 people on each plane... the surviving pilot didnt even really get hurt but hes in the hospital right now

Yeah, you're totally right. Its impossible for a plane to hold more than 2 people at a time :b

Theres debris from the plane crash all over the place. I mean ALL OVER! Peices of scrap metal went flying into both Oregon and Washington. On the news it said people who got held up in traffic who saw the crash were picking up peices of the plane... i dont know why though

This is the first i Heard of it but about the kid who went into a coma.

He did not go into a coma he just had a open wound and it got all gangreen (how ever you spell it) Then he got so sick he was in the hospital for a long ass time then when he was out he was still really sick. He missed a whole year of school becuase of it.

I would be picking up peices of the plane just like I would have picked up piece of the twin towers if I was there or any other event like this.

My mom used to have a junk of the berlin wall.

update: At least 2 pilots died and 1 survived. By the way, those were NAVY jets (I thought the Navy used boats, guess I was wrong!) They are still not sure if there were more than the 3 people in the plane. So homeslice, looks like you were wrong... dont worry though I wont make fun of you

The news seems to not care anymore, I guess thats the end of that. Everyone cares about the weather >_<

not to be off topic but I was outside a minute ago throwing these big rocks at a tree. i dropped a rock and it cut my foot cus i was walking around barefoot.

Fighter planes get pretty close to each other when they're in formation. If there was low visibility and one of the pilots made a mistake (like misreading his radar), that could cause a collision.
