Im having a bit of a problem. My seeds that I started a month ago seem really behind. they started off fine but now they are growing super slow and still seem to be in the sprout stage. they have weak thin stems and few leaves. One of their stems were so weak it bent from it's own weight, it recovered but still slow growth. They are kept in a small closet with 2 natural sunlight bulbs used for growing plants in aquariums. the soil is a mix of potting soil and some outside dirt. they are watered once a week and lightly sprayed every 3 days. PLEASE HELP!

Number 1 that I've learned is: "support them!" (with string to help the main shoot stand), then what may I ask is ur set up?
From there I'll go by my own limited means to help, but I'm not a guru so my advice is new, fresh and if you follow my thread, you can see what I'm doing over here and my success/failure to date. :)
