This is why I don't like anime. It's a cartoon you have to take seriously. When I watch cartoons I like being able to just watch whatever episode comes on.
I personally recommend checking oneself for OCD at least once every 5 minutes.

Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom

The title character of the story, Zwei was a perfectly ordinary tourist from Japan, before witnessing an Inferno assassination in America and being kidnapped. He was able to elude his pursuers long enough for them to realize he had a natural survival instinct that was perfect for an assassin. He had his memory erased through a combination of drug and hypnotherapy, and thus became the second generation Phantom. The name Zwei is simply a code name to show he is the second experimental assassin created by Scythe Master. Through Claudia, one of the three top executives of Inferno, Zwei is able to learn his true identity as Reiji Azuma. When he returns to Japan, he goes back to using this name. When his killing intent shows, in the anime, his eyes turn green with orange in the center

I love this anime. It's uber funny, has epic battles scenes and yes..tons of anime bwebs.

Needless

This anime is set in the 21st Century, 50 years after World War Three (the exact date isn't made clear). The war has left a crater where Tokyo once stood, a place filled with contaminated rubble. This spot has no electrical power, and because of this, the crater shows as a black spot in the night sky. The Black Spot is a place where outcasts come to live, and because of the contamination, certain of these outcasts gain various powers (or "fragments"). Those with powers become known as Needless.

It's also on netflix.

I've recently been watching a series called Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, and it is fucking wicked, it has it all: mechs, violence, revenge, emotional rollercoasters, cliff hangers, wicked storyline with plenty of plot twists, vulgar displays of human nature. It's been a while since I found an anime I wanted to watch through in one go, not since evangelion infact. The first few episodes totally bombard you with info though so be warned if your looking for something light on the head this is not for you.
