What's the point of cut-corners?

Post by Genius » Thu Jun 08, 2006 1:18 am

The Zig-Zags I buy are Kutcorners. I'm just wonderin, what's the point? Are there any pros in them? Or is it really just all cons? I don't like em - they seem to make rollin a lil harder for me (I'm thinkin of buyin Silver Rizzla + the next time I go).

I think the kutkorners are supposedly to make rolling easier. I used to use regular zig zag whites all the time but now I use rizla silver without cutcorners.

Personally, I like Rizlas way better now than zig zags. Papers are all a matter of personal preference and what you can get your hands on for a reasonable price.

i think kutkorners are to prevent weed from falling out of the joint once you load it and are about to roll it

The cut-corners are there for some rolling machines I believe.

cut corners is meant to make it roll up easier. You know how sometimes the bottom edge of the paper messes with the top one when you roll it. Well it's suppose to eliminate that.

I find it eiser without the cut-corners myself, but im sure they were orig for machines that were only as wide as the paper its self (so it would cruch if you tryed to put a non-cut-corner skin in)

yeh, i tried cut corners before but i didnt like it very much. Then i tried Red Rizlas, but the glue on them sucked. So now i get Silver Rizla Double Pack. You get a 100 for 3 bucks.

Hmm.. I'm pretty accomodated to rollin with Ziz-Zag Kutkorners now - I've learned how to make the best of them. And I've noticed that often spliffs rolled with papers that still have their corners seem to have a tinier hole to inhale from, so I guess Kutkorners make spliffs easier to smoke from, too.
